The results are communicated to our customers as scores or in the form of individual biomarkers. Each value we consider reflects the structure and connections of molecular pathways, as well as the quality of evidence from scientific publications. This evidence is carefully selected by hand by experts in applied science and molecular biology.

We have examined the sample of different lengths and can assure you that the way back will have no significant influence on the results of your sample. Nevertheless, we would like to keep the transport route as short as possible and therefore recommend that you implement a rapid return.

If you want to send your sample from Switzerland to us, please note that the shipment is not sent by Express and does not have to be decorated. You do not sell your saliva sample to us, but use an already paid service. This is very important for smooth handling!

We recommend the sample to send the test laboratory as soon as possible. If this is not possible for you, keep the sample at room temperature and try to enable a timely return.

Should your sample be lost on the transport route, We would be happy to send you a replacement kit for free. If you have suspected that your rehearsal has never arrived, please contact us as soon as possible.

This can be the case if you have heard nothing from us within 4 weeks after returning your sample. With more than 2 lost rehearsals, we can ask you for an alternative address to which we send the replacement kit.
